Scroll down and tap System (or System & Updates depending on software version).

Click Erase Device → Erase (confirm).
On a computer or another phone, go to android.com/find .
Log in with the same Google account as on the ZTE Blade A34. zte blade a34 hard reset
Select the ZTE Blade A34 from the device list.
Tap Reset phone or Reset .
After completion, select Reboot system now .
