Nancy And Sybil -
Hello, darling readers.
We’ve noticed a trend lately. Everyone is asking for the "hack." The five-minute recipe. The 10-second meditation. The shortcut to success.
So, I called Sybil.
It’s been a minute since we last sat down (virtually) with our tea. Between Nancy’s garden starting to bloom and Sybil’s latest library sale haul, life has been full—but not frantic. And that is exactly what we want to talk about today.
Some days you will bloom. Some days you will be the compost. Both are necessary. nancy and sybil
P.S. We’d love to know: What is your “pause” ritual? Tell us in the comments below. Or don’t. And just go rest. That counts too.
But here is our helpful, honest truth: The "Should" Monster Nancy here. I spent last Tuesday convinced I was failing. I looked at my to-do list: repot the herbs, answer six emails, finish the quilt binding, make a dentist appointment, and prepare for book club. By 2:00 PM, I had only done the herbs. I felt that familiar tightness in my chest—the "I should be doing more" monster. Hello, darling readers
