The software hasn’t been updated since the Windows XP era, and it refuses to run on modern 64-bit systems without a virtual machine. The Dreamcast scene has moved on—modern tools like imgburn with the CDI plugin or Redump images work fine for the GDEmu (optical drive emulator) crowd.
