Here’s a quick tutorial on converting NTSC codes to PAL using Omniconvert (link in comments).
The only catch? You MUST use PAL-specific codes. No mixing with NTSC.
I’ve been revisiting my PAL collection (UK here) and dug out my old Codebreaker v9.2 PAL disc. I’d forgotten how much better it was than Action Replay MAX:
