Scroll down and click on Desktop icon settings (under "Related Settings").
Locate the shortcut on your desktop. (Note: This does not work on the original .exe file in your Program Files folder unless you create a shortcut first.) change icon desktop
In the Personalization menu, click on Themes (Windows 11) or Themes in the left sidebar (Windows 10). Scroll down and click on Desktop icon settings
Right-click the shortcut and select Properties . change icon desktop
Right-click on an empty area of your desktop and select Personalization .
Go to the Shortcut tab.
