If you’ve ever shipped or received freight through or any of their affiliated drayage and over-the-road carriers, you know that tracking can sometimes feel like a black box. You drop off the container, get a bill of lading, and then… radio silence until the truck shows up (or doesn’t).

As a last resort, file a trace with the shipper or consignee. Sometimes the load already delivered but the status wasn’t updated. The receiver can confirm with a timestamp and name. If you move freight with CCTL more than once a month, get a portal login. If you move freight daily, demand API access or a dedicated account rep who sends daily tracking spreadsheets.
