There isn't one single "best" because different ones have different virtues and blessings. However, the most highly recommended, comprehensive, and frequently recited are the following. This is the Durood recited in the Tashahhud during every prayer (Salah). It is considered the most complete and virtuous because it includes blessings on the Prophet (ﷺ) and his family, following the pattern of blessings sent to Prophet Ibrahim (عليه السلام).
It’s a beautiful and spiritually rewarding question.
