While generally stable, Apni TV is notorious for going down during major events. During the last India-Pakistan cricket match, the stream crashed every 10 minutes. Customer support is essentially a WhatsApp number that takes hours to reply.

I used it on an Amazon Fire Stick, an iPhone, and a laptop browser. The experience is consistent. The Fire Stick app is clunky looking, but it doesn't buffer if you have decent internet (recommended: 10 Mbps+).
