We love secrets. Not the dramatic, spy-movie kind (usually), but the little hacks—the subtle shifts in mindset that make the hard things suddenly feel easy.
If you spend all day criticizing yourself (one negative), you need five positive self-talk statements just to break even. Most of us are operating at a 1:5 against ourselves. Be generous with the five
